Thank you so much for your order and for choosing to support my small business. 

I have an easy 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, you can contact me at lynda@ecooctopus.co.uk. I will then chat with you in regards to return details. I am very friendly and happy to help :) 

Once a return is agreed, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, buyers are responsible for all postage return costs and original postage costs will not be part of the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. However, please note, you will need to pay for tracked return postage and again, the original postage costs will not be refunded (just the item cost). 

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received your return. Monies are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
